sure to lift up your spirits. Technology in dyeing pearls allow us to
have pearls in fantasy colors that are bursting with delight. Black
pearls, Lime green pearls, orange pearls, purple pearls, pink pearls, ….

match the colors of the season.
Turquoise, the gem favored by royalties as far back as 5000 years
ago, by the Egyptian, Persian and Chinese emperiors is a favorite of
many North Americans. Arizona and Nevada have turquoise in abundance,
and today, we also have turquoise gems as well as simulated turquoise
and turquoise colored beads, glass and crystals tor everyone’s budget
and enjoyment.
The
technology for glass beadmaking is among the oldest human arts, dating
back 3,000 years to Roman times. Perhaps the earliest glass-like beads
were Egyptian beads, a form of clay bead. Evidence of beadmaking has
been found by archeologists in India dating to the 2nd century CE.
These small drawn beads, called Indo-Pacific beads, being the single
most widely traded item in history—found from the islands of the Pacific
to Zimbabwe in southern Africa. Today, there are several methods used
in making beads from using synthetic materials to swavarovski crystal
glass beads.
